We are looking for a Medical Assistant to provide essential support in our healthcare facility. You will work collaboratively with physicians and medical personnel, ensuring that all tests and lab results are tracked and communicated effectively to patients regarding their health status and treatment plans. Additionally, you will assist in managing medical supplies, setting up diagnostic equipment, and maintaining cleanliness in treatment areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare for patient appointments by organizing charts and setting up necessary medical equipment
- Ensure cleanliness of instruments and equipment post-use
- Manage phone inquiries, addressing medical questions, and scheduling patient visits
- Support physicians in delivering basic medical care and procedures
- Monitor lab results, process prescriptions, and handle general office tasks
- Administer immunotherapy injections as required
- BLS Certification or Certified Medical Assistant preferred
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Bilingual candidates are preferred
- Experience in medical insurance is a plus
