  • Exhibit professionalism in client interactions, engaging with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
  • Engage in discussions regarding client objectives and provide insights and guidance on operational workflows and technical frameworks.
  • Lead the creation of standardized methodologies and strategies for delivering Data Center and cloud solutions.
  • Draft proposals, reports, and comprehensive project documentation.
  • Build and nurture relationships with vendors within the channel.
  • Compile and maintain a repository of deliverables, methodologies, and business development resources.
  • Estimate the level of effort and costs associated with the implementation of product solutions.
  • Develop Statement of Work (SOW) documentation for the execution of product solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Over 5 years of advanced experience in Data Center and cloud design and implementation, with a focus on customer-facing solution selling.
  • Demonstrated experience managing major customer accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of core technology services and the design of complex solutions across diverse client sectors.
  • Expertise in network protocols and architectural design.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Data Center and cloud technology services and the design of intricate solutions across various customer sectors.
  • Thorough knowledge of Data Center and cloud upgrade components and requirements.
  • Strong ability to interpret client Collaboration challenges and translate them into viable technical solutions.
  • Broad technology acumen and proficiency in multiple technologies and solutions.
  • Capability to apply sales strategies effectively throughout the sales cycle.
  • Aptitude for navigating complex scenarios and implementing innovative solutions in designs, proactively addressing challenges and proposing alternatives.
  • Ability to integrate business processes to maximize opportunities, profitability, and productivity.
  • Strong presentation skills for conveying complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with technical, non-technical, and executive stakeholders.
  • Proficient in drafting proposals and creating proposal templates and best practices.
  • Ability to interact with a diverse range of customer contacts and guide colleagues in their customer engagements.
  • Solid understanding of business principles, key drivers, and business models.
  • Customer-service oriented mindset.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Specialized expertise in Data Center technologies across multiple vendors and products. CCNP-Data Center certification or actively pursuing, or other CCNP-x certification, with CCDP preferred and a minimum of CCDA. AWS Certified Solutions Architect or actively pursuing, or other AWS professional certification. Multiple advanced certifications and cross-training on non-Cisco vendor products, as applicable.
