Project Overview
">This role is responsible for overseeing the setup and execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and adherence to budget. The Construction Project Controls Specialist will work closely with the project team to develop and implement controls, track progress, and identify potential issues.

- Maintain accurate records of project-related documents and communications;">
- Work with the project manager to ensure alignment with company objectives and strategies;">
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address project deviations;">
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field;">
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project control, preferably in a lead or supervisory role;">
- Strong understanding of construction principles, practices, and regulations;">
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;">
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word;">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;">
- Familiarity with construction software applications, such as Procore or MS Project;">
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record;">
Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field;">
- PMP certification or equivalent;">
- Experience with lean construction principles and methodologies;">
- Knowledge of industry-specific software applications, such as Autodesk or PlanGrid;">
