Himes Breakfast House is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to our high standards, ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food to recipe specifications, using proper utensils and scales.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning charts to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen.
- Minimum 17 years of age or older.
- High School or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required.
