We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas.

**Job Description:

  • Clean and maintain resident rooms and other interior/exterior community areas.
  • Provide efficient laundry delivery services.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive physical environment for residents under the direction of the supervisor.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Must possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

**Estimated Salary:** $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience and location. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K through Fidelity, paid time off, educational opportunities, and more.

Average annual salary: $31,200 - $41,600
