Position OverviewKey Responsibilities
The Rehabilitation Specialist is tasked with designing and executing tailored recovery programs aimed at supporting patients throughout their rehabilitation process. This role involves employing a range of methodologies, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and joint mobilization to address various musculoskeletal issues and persistent pain.
Primary Duties
- Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations in accordance with established protocols and regulatory standards.
- Develop customized treatment strategies with both immediate and long-term objectives, incorporating feedback from interdisciplinary team members and patient involvement.
- Administer treatment plans, track patient progress, and make necessary modifications.
- Accurately document patient results and maintain effective communication with all relevant parties.
- Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient support.
