Position Overview:
In each new setting, you will have the chance to learn a unique service protocol. Comprehensive details are outlined in the establishment's handbook.
Every shift begins with a briefing with the Chef to discuss menu items, ensuring you are familiar with the terminology and have the opportunity to ask questions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain your workspace.
- Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and provide recommendations regarding food, beverages, and services.
- Serve food and beverages to patrons.
- Engage with guests by answering questions and providing insights about the establishment's offerings, enhancing their overall experience.
- Complete all opening and closing tasks in accordance with established standards.
- Efficiently process customer payments and finalize reports.
Qualifications:
- Ability to complete all required training.
- Commitment to adhere to all policies and procedures.
- Proficient in reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication.
- Mobility is required throughout the entire shift.
- Capable of performing all tasks necessary to maintain a clean and organized work environment, with knowledge of Point of Sale and Reservation Systems.
- Availability for breakfast/lunch or lunch/dinner shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and move quickly for up to six hours.
- Good balance is essential, along with the ability to bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds.
Shift Details:
- Day Shifts: Tuesday – Friday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Evening Shifts: Tuesday – Friday 3:30 PM - 10:00 PM, Saturday 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Sunday shifts will be added in the future.
