Position Highlights:
* Conduct nursing assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to formulate effective care plans.
* Set realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals, implementing interventions as necessary to reduce rehospitalizations and continuously evaluate outcomes.
* Delegate patient care tasks to staff and oversee their execution to ensure proper implementation of care interventions.
* Facilitate communication of patient information among assigned staff and across shifts.
Qualifications:* Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and possess a current license from the State Board of Nursing.
* CPR Certification is mandatory.
