Job Summary:

As a Fashion Stylist, you will be responsible for understanding and implementing our 4 Step Selling Method, achieving personal sales minimums required by our Store Gold Star program, helping maintain a visually appealing store, and practicing and implementing all loss prevention policies and procedures.

Essential Job Functions:

• Apply 4 Step Selling Techniques
• Achieve Personal Sales Goals of Black Dot/Gold Star Performance
• Achieve Company KPI Goals and Expectations
• Follow Loss Prevention Procedures
• Clean and maintain good housekeeping
• Adhere to cashier procedures
• Adhere to Company Dress Code Policy
• Any other duties as may be assigned by management

Physical Demands:

This role requires frequent standing, walking, observing, communicating and reading, as well as regular movement and pushing. You must be able to access all areas of the store, operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store, climb ladders, move or handle merchandise throughout the store (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds), and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations.

Environment is fast paced and indoor temperature conditions vary.
