As a key member of our Neonatology Division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional clinical care to preterm and term neonates with various medical and surgical conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the Regional Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (RNICU) and the NICU at The Children's Hospital of Alabama
- Participate in education and research initiatives to advance the field of Neonatology
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based care protocols
- Contribute to the development of educational programs for medical students, residents, and fellows
- MD, DO, or MD/PhD degree
- Board certification/eligibility in Neonatology
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
