Job Responsibilities- Process accounts payable invoices, including vendor communication and issue resolution.
- Manage weekly check runs and reconcile credit card bills.
- Oversee payroll for 50 employees through ADP.
- Provide backup support for accounts receivable and purchase orders processing.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle accounts payable.
- General accounting knowledge and understanding of GAAP principles.
