Compensation is set at $22.00 per hour

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of Quality Assurance Inspectors, offering direction, support, and encouragement to achieve optimal performance.
  • Conduct and manage comprehensive inspections of automotive components, parts, and assemblies to detect any discrepancies from quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure precise and thorough documentation of inspection outcomes, including non-compliant parts, defects, and corrective measures.
  • Apply and uphold established quality protocols, work instructions, and standards to ensure consistent and reliable inspection practices.
  • Promote a positive and organized work atmosphere, ensuring that inspection areas and equipment are clean and well-maintained.

Required Qualifications:

  • Primary Qualification: A positive attitude is essential. We are looking for a leader who arrives at work with enthusiasm and inspires others to do the same.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is advantageous.
  • Experience in automotive manufacturing, quality assurance, or inspection is preferred, but your leadership abilities and attitude are paramount.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to identify subtle quality concerns.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to effectively lead and collaborate with a diverse team.
  • Ability to work independently while also guiding a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.

Physical Demands:

  • Capability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended durations.
  • Manual dexterity and the ability to handle small parts and inspection tools.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
