Position Overview:
The IT Support Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our IT operations.

- Coordinate with vendors and ISPs to resolve onsite technical problems.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Experience with Active Directory management.
- Proficient in managing user accounts in a hybrid Office 365 environment.
- Able to collaborate effectively with both onsite and remote team members.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize urgent issues in a corporate setting.
- Capable of drafting detailed guides for both technical and non-technical staff.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a helpdesk role.
- Understanding of the OSI 7-layer TCP/IP networking model.
- Familiarity with various wireless devices, including iOS and Android.
- A positive attitude and a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that may include Tuesday through Saturday.
- Knowledge of networking hardware such as routers, firewalls, and switches.
- Experience in supporting ophthalmic equipment is advantageous.
- Physical ability to lift equipment and perform additional tasks as assigned.
