Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the Pacific Northwest region. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional over-the-phone and in-person technical support to all client locations, with a primary focus on the Portland area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to internal employees across all client locations, with a focus on Portland, OR.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dell and mobile products.
  • Manage and prioritize a queue of 20-40 technical support requests per week using a ticketing system.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Document and track issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and support tools.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $41,600 - $51,200, based on industry standards and cost of living in the Portland area.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in technical support roles.
  • Proficiency in using a ticketing system for managing technical support requests.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on user satisfaction.
  • Strong character, motivation, and a dedicated work ethic.
