The Jawbone Group LLC is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar operations. Located in a bustling downtown area, our bar and restaurant offers live music, dancing, signature cocktails, and amazing food in a fast-paced and fun atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Scheduling and managing bar staff
  • Training and developing bar staff
  • Creating and pricing cocktails menus
  • Overseeing bar inventory and ordering
  • Leading bar staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

**Requirements:**

  • 1-2 years of managing experience
  • 3-5 years of bartending experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to lift 25 lbs
  • Knowledge of espressos is a plus
