Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly/Production Specialist to join our team at Kalas Manufacturing. As an Assembly/Production Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control: Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Production: Assemble and package products according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, and maintenance activities.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 6 months of warehouse experience and/or previous assembly experience preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 72lbs.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be required to work safely and efficiently in accordance with Kalas Manufacturing's safety procedures.
