Sales Associate

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our dynamic retail team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales floor operations.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
• Assist with sales floor operations, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Identify and communicate merchandising and sales floor operational opportunities to Store Management staff.
• Work collaboratively with the Deli Manager to understand and execute proper deli food preparation and storage procedures.
• Adhere to Company policy and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred 1 year of experience in food service, restaurant, or retail environment.
• Achieving level 1 ServSafe Certification.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision under stressful conditions.

This role requires occasional walking, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs., pushing and pulling, climbing, stooping, forward bending, squatting, reaching, and use of hands and feet. Frequent standing, sitting, driving, use of hands, talking, hearing, and seeing are also required.
