About the Role

The Clark Construction Group is seeking a highly skilled Construction Data Management Professional to join their team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with VDC Managers to implement VDC strategy throughout the project life cycle from design and construction to facilities management.
  • Support model coordination with architectural, MEP, civil, and other disciplines.
  • Identify and manage constructability issues, and notify respective parties of issues and RFIs to support the resolution process.
  • Oversee and support the enforcement of the BIM coordination plan/schedule on projects.
  • Represent Clark by participating in VDC presentations to clients and industry groups.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related discipline, or relevant work experience. Additionally, you should have 2+ years' experience as a VDC engineer/coordinator, project engineer, project architect, or a similar role in the construction industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Revit (must have), Dynamo, Navisworks, Synchro/Fuzor, Assemble, and Sketchup.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
