Location: Lancaster, California
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to become part of our educational therapy team in Lancaster, California. Our organization is focused on delivering exceptional occupational therapy services tailored for children within the academic environment. In this role, your main duty will be to assist students in enhancing the skills necessary for full participation in school activities.

Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify fine motor skills, sensory processing challenges, and visual perceptual issues in children.
- Design and execute treatment plans addressing various occupational therapy needs.
- Deliver therapy services to children in both individual and group formats within the school environment.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain precise documentation of student progress and therapy plans.
- Engage with families and caregivers to provide guidance and support.
- Participate in regular meetings with school personnel and pursue ongoing education to remain informed on best practices.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid California State Licensure in Occupational Therapy.
- Prior experience in a school-based environment is preferred.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
