  • We are seeking an experienced Electro Mechanical Specialist to join our team, responsible for performing preventative maintenance on production equipment, diagnosing malfunctions, and making repairs as needed.
  • This is a critical role that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently under limited supervision.
Responsibilities
  • Perform regular maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, using technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to identify root causes.
  • Make repairs and adjustments to equipment as needed, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, spare parts inventory, and equipment performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in electro mechanical maintenance, applying this knowledge to improve process efficiency and quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering, mechanical engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in electro mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and electronics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds or more, with frequent bending, stooping, and standing.
Compensation

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
