- Information Management: Ensure accurate and timely documentation, protecting patient information and maintaining confidentiality.
- Quality Management: Demonstrate a high standard of professionalism, compassion, and commitment to patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing education and professional development, maintaining and advancing clinical competency and expertise.
We require a graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program, with a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills. Licensure and certification requirements include active PA Certification by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or Connecticut State Registered Nurse License, Connecticut State Nurse Practitioner License, and Board specialty certification, as appropriate for the position.
