Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of various audit projects across diverse sectors including Real Estate, Construction, Nonprofit, and Manufacturing.
  • Apply a solid understanding of accounting and auditing standards, quality control measures, and technology integration relevant to client engagements.
  • Engage in client projects from inception to completion.
  • Identify and discuss audit challenges, technical issues, and opportunities for enhancement with senior team members to address client concerns during the audit process.
  • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with client personnel to enhance satisfaction and strengthen partnerships.
  • Commit to delivering outstanding service to every client by providing personalized attention, responsiveness, and a deep understanding of their objectives.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Active involvement in student organizations or relevant work experience in accounting is advantageous but not mandatory.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and research skills, including foundational knowledge of GAAP and GAAS standards.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across all organizational levels.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks, think independently, and solve problems in a collaborative, results-oriented environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and audit software.
