Job Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing
  • Escort clients to appointments, outings, and social activities
  • Provide medication reminders as needed (prompting and cueing only; no administration)
  • Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor
  • Follow care plans and ensure all care is provided in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred
  • Compassionate and patient with a genuine desire to help others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, responsible, and punctual
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in caregiving is a plus
