Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Morongo Band of Mission Indians. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our store, restrooms, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Clean the entire store, restrooms, slot area, and outside restrooms on a daily basis.
  • Power Washing: Power wash the outside of the building, pump area, and islands, as well as the car wash and parking lots.
  • Minor Repairs: Perform minor repairs to the car wash, store, and fuel pumps as needed.
  • Customer Service: Dispense propane and assist customers with RV dumping.
  • Log Keeping: Maintain maintenance logs daily to ensure accurate records of tasks completed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of related experience is required.
  • Training: Training in gas station custodial duties is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50lbs and effectively communicate with customers, clients, and other employees is essential.
  • Availability: Candidate must be dependable and available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED is preferred.
