Job Title: Physician Assistant - Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

About the Role:
We are seeking a part-time to full-time Physician Assistant to join our team at Laureldale Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Laureldale, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing sector of healthcare, with a focus on providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
As a Physician Assistant, you will provide primary and urgent care services to our residents, working collaboratively with our Center Leadership Team and other medical providers. You will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing education to residents and their families. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our comprehensive 90-day training program and continued support, as well as our new and recent graduate mentorship and clinical education program.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a graduate of a program accredited by the ARC-PA and have taken the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to use the PAC designation. You will also need to have a minimum of two years experience working with adult or geriatric populations, and be licensed to practice in the state of PA. In states where practice allows, you will also need to have an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state in which you practice.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $55-$58 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) plan, and company-paid group life insurance. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our Incentive Compensation Program, which provides a yearly average of sixteen thousand dollars in bonus for providers working 40 hours per week. Additionally, you will have access to our ArmadaCare Plan, which provides reimbursement for many out-of-pocket medical, wellness, and pharmacy expenses, with an eight thousand max reimbursement for designated expenses and tiered pharmacy reimbursements for single and family plans.
