We are seeking an exceptional Nurse Leader to join our team at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord, a nationally recognized Academic Medical Center in the heart of New Hampshire.

About the RoleThis exciting opportunity offers a unique blend of clinical leadership and management responsibilities. You will be responsible for managing the hiring process, planning adequate staffing, and evaluating the performance of staff members. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for best practices and implement improvements, oversee operational budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in nursing leadership, preferably with experience in an acute care setting. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required, and a Master's degree is strongly preferred. You must also have a current RN license in New Hampshire and obtain any necessary certifications.
CompensationThe salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
