Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Java developer with a strong background in software engineering and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java-based Object-Oriented Development (OOD) and experience working with agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex software systems using Java and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance the state of our applications.
  • Interface with customers to determine and document application requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software code, ensuring modularity, portability, and reliability.
  • Test, debug, and refine software to produce the required product.
  • Prepare system and data requirements documentation, including program-level and user-level documentation.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in the Information Technology industry.
  • 10+ years of experience as an application developer.
  • 10+ years of experience in Java-based Object-Oriented Development (OOD).
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Math.
  • Hands-on experience with Hibernate/JPA, PostgreSQL, Maven, JSON, XML, CDI, and other open-source tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Linux/UNIX environment and experience developing web front ends with Angular, JavaScript, JQuery, and BootStrap.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms, including EC2 or Azure, and containerization with Docker or Kubernetes.
