Qualifications of an ideal Resident Caregiver:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- CNA or HHA in applicable state
- First Aid & CPR Certified
- At least 1 year of related work experience
Resident Caregiver Job Summary:
As a Resident Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and comfort to our residents.
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) while making meaningful connections with each Resident.
- Provide safe transferring, assistance with personal hygiene, memory care stimulation, and social interaction.
- Exhibit a passion for serving seniors while contributing to a positive environment.
