We are looking for dedicated and highly skilled technicians to play a vital role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing, adjusting, repairing, and overhauling vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate manual vehicles.
  • Conduct emissions testing.
  • Diagnose and repair automotive issues.
  • Perform regular vehicle maintenance and tune-ups.
  • Provide accurate labor and time estimates for repairs.
  • Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary adjustments.
  • Carry out comprehensive multi-point inspections to identify maintenance opportunities.
  • Complete repairs and maintenance efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
  • Over 10 years of experience as an automotive mechanic.
  • Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with exhaust and welding is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and quick diagnostic skills.
  • Effective communication and analytical skills with a desire for improvement.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and repair procedures.
  • Proficient in using electronic diagnostic tools.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • ASE Certification or Technical degree is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Possession of personal tools and reliable transportation.
  • Experience in electrical systems, brake work, alignment, suspension, cooling system repairs, and oil/fluid changes.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
