As a Residential Program Admissions Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the referral and intake processes for our residential services. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive the necessary support and services they require.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all inquiries related to admissions for residential programs with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Evaluate referrals to determine their suitability for our programs.
  • Serve as the liaison between our staff and referring professionals, addressing any queries regarding potential admissions.
  • Provide information about our services and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Disseminate program descriptions and referral materials as needed.
  • Facilitate prompt decision-making regarding admissions to our programs.
  • Gather essential client information, including psychological and medical evaluations, and share this with the assigned social worker or counselor.
  • Obtain necessary funding authorizations from potential financial sources.
  • Ensure all required consent forms and releases of information are secured from clients or guardians.
  • Review utilization metrics to confirm clients are receiving appropriate services.
  • Monitor key performance indicators for residential services and provide insights to program leaders.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a behavioral health environment is essential.

  • A Bachelor's Degree in social work, nursing, or a related field is advantageous.
