Store Supervisor

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $52,000-$62,000 per year, plus benefits such as flexible scheduling, full training, and opportunities for advancement.

• Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
• Develop and implement plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and optimize store operations
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
