Job Summary:
Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN for a labor and delivery position in Renton, Washington. As a travel nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced labor and delivery environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to labor and delivery patients
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs and medical conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Participate in emergency situations, such as code blues and obstetric emergencies
- Document patient information and medical records accurately and thoroughly
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Washington
- Minimum 2 years of experience in labor and delivery
- Experience with Epic electronic medical records system
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
