Personal Shopper Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personal Shopper Lead to join our team at Walmart. As a Personal Shopper Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our ecommerce programs, including Club Pickup and Ship From Club. You will work closely with our associates to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled correctly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the operations of our ecommerce programs, including Club Pickup and Ship From Club
- Work closely with associates to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled correctly and efficiently
- Train and provide resources to meet associate needs
- Provide feedback and communicate goals to associates
- Ensure associate coverage at the ecommerce pick-up location
- Execute the Sam's Club Pickup plan and processes in the club
- Update Club operations with key performance indicators
- Audit customer orders to ensure they are fulfilled correctly
- Maintain awareness of the Club Pickup strategy and execution goals
- Tour the Club to evaluate CPU performance
- Train and provide resources to meet associate needs
- Evaluate performance and processes and determine their impact on the total Club
- Support the development of new metrics through feedback and utilizing current metrics to evaluate CPU effectiveness
- Must be 18 years of age or older

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00**The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
