  • Experience with catastrophe risks, including hurricanes, earthquakes, and floods.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of underwriting principles.
  • Proven ability in sales and agency management.

Preferred Attributes:

  • 7+ years of underwriting experience with agency management in the commercial insurance field.
  • Capability to handle complex accounts with knowledge of property forms and pricing methodologies.
  • Professional certifications such as INS or CPCU are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
