About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Seasonal Beauty Host. As a Beauty Host, you will be responsible for creating a sensory oasis within our beauty space, providing personalized beauty moments to each guest, and forming genuine relationships with them.

The Fundamentals of What You'll Do:

  • Guest Experience & Hosting: Prioritize each guest's experience, extending warm hospitality and offering a sensorial experience that fosters genuine connections.
  • Maintain an Open Mind: Welcome feedback openly, presume positive intentions, and maintain a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Solve Problems Proactively: Support & assist with all store operations, policies, and procedures, taking the initiative to solve problems and prioritize the customer's needs.
  • Foster Team Culture: Offer direction, mentorship, and encouragement to colleagues, cultivating a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Communicate Effectively: Collaborate and communicate with varied styles and individual personalities within the team.
