We are seeking a talented and experienced Eyebrow Aesthetician to become a vital part of our team at All Things Beauty Atelier. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional eyebrow services, including waxing, tinting, henna application, and lamination, all aimed at enhancing the natural beauty of our clients' brows and ensuring their complete satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Eyebrow Waxing and Maintenance:
  • Execute precise and professional eyebrow waxing techniques
  • Perform maintenance clean-ups to uphold eyebrow shape
  • Engage with clients to ascertain their preferences
• Eyebrow Tinting:
  • Apply eyebrow tint to accentuate and enrich color
  • Advise on appropriate shades tailored to client desires
  • Ensure accurate mixing and application for enduring results
• Eyebrow Henna:
  • Administer henna applications to fill in areas of sparseness
  • Customize henna formulations to align with natural hues
  • Inform clients about aftercare following treatments
• Eyebrow Lamination:
  • Smooth and shape unruly eyebrows
  • Suggest suitable methods for achieving desired outcomes
  • Apply lamination products in accordance with salon standards
• Client Interaction and Consultation:
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients
  • Clearly communicate procedure details and aftercare instructions
  • Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism
• Sanitation and Safety:
  • Maintain rigorous cleanliness protocols
  • Disinfect tools and equipment after each use
  • Adhere to salon guidelines for infection prevention

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as an Eyebrow Aesthetician
• Certification in eyebrow waxing, tinting, henna, and lamination
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently while ensuring high-quality results
• Knowledge of hygiene practices
