About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dock Worker at Air Ground Xpress. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a forklift to load and unload trucks and pallets
  • Efficiently sort, handle, and move freight using manual and motorized equipment
  • Verify and complete required documentation and reports
  • Collaborate with service center personnel to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on safety

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic math skills and ability to count
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and greater than 75 pounds occasionally
  • Prior dock/warehouse experience in the transportation industry is a plus
