RN - PACU/ASU Nurse

We are seeking a skilled RN - PACU/ASU to join our team at Providence Milwaukie Hospital. As a member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the PACU/ASU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year - Nursing experience.
- National Certification in area of specialty.
