Become a Key Member of Our Team as a Bio Facility Maintenance Attendant

The Bio Facility Maintenance Attendant is essential in upholding the safety and hygiene standards of our establishment. This role involves implementing biosecurity protocols, ensuring cleanliness across the bio facility, and facilitating the movement of personnel and teams within the premises.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Safeguard the integrity of poultry and the facility
  • Maintain daily and weekly logs of completed tasks
  • Perform cleaning and sweeping in various sections of the buildings
  • Execute janitorial tasks in break areas, restrooms, and offices
  • Oversee the uniform cleaning process
  • Distribute safety equipment and requisition necessary supplies
  • Conduct pre-operation checks on vehicles and machinery
  • Assist in transporting personnel and teams around the facility
  • Implement biosecurity measures for all individuals entering the premises
  • Carry out additional assigned responsibilities

Qualifications:

Successful candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and ideally, one year of experience in an agricultural production setting. Candidates must be self-motivated, organized, and exhibit strong communication abilities.

Physical Requirements:

This role necessitates frequent standing and walking, along with occasional lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds. Employees will encounter varying temperatures and moderate noise levels in the work environment.

Work Conditions:

Employees may be exposed to moving mechanical components and airborne particles. Appropriate personal protective equipment will be supplied when required.
