Nursing Education Specialist

About the Role: Swedish Health Services is seeking a skilled Nursing Education Specialist - Competency Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs to enhance clinical skills and competency among nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clinical educational needs of staff and develop personalized growth plans
- Design and operationalize educational activities to meet the needs of staff
- Use evidence-based knowledge to deliver learning materials and evaluate their effectiveness
- Maintain expertise in teaching and learning, as well as clinical competency
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse License
- 3+ years of experience in nursing leadership, including clinical experience in an associated service line area
