Pharmacist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to lead our retail pharmacy operations in Grand Forks, North Dakota. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the pharmacy is in good standing with all federal, state, and board of pharmacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register with the state board of pharmacy as supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge.
  • Maintain the pharmacy's compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Oversee the entire operation of the pharmacy department, including budget, payroll, third-party administration, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Participate in business development activities in the store and community.
  • Manage pharmacy support personnel functions, including job performance and review.
  • Provide guidance and training to pharmacy associates and ensure they comply with regulatory and company policies.
  • Ensure completion of all company-required training by all pharmacy associates.
  • Participate in patient-centered services, including immunization, MTM, and wellness programs.
  • Counsel patients and medical providers regarding drug use, dosage, interactions, and side effects.
Requirements:
  • ND License
  • Immunization Certification
  • Comfortable giving all vaccines
