Job Description

The Lead Personal Trainer Development Specialist plays a critical role in driving the success of our personal training department. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, coaching trainers on best practices, and ensuring that our trainers have the skills and knowledge they need to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in exercise science, excellent instructional abilities, and the ability to create a positive team culture. They will be proficient in using digital tools, such as assessment room software, and will have experience in managing high-volume communication and react in a timely manner.

This role requires excellent leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to hire, train, and direct staff who match our brand standards. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about the fitness industry, and will share our commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences.

Key Responsibilities
