Position Overview:

This position entails delivering direct clinical care to patients. The registered nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients during each shift, as well as overseeing unit-level operations.

The nurse will supervise staff to whom care responsibilities are delegated and will work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer to uphold high standards of quality, safety, and appropriateness in nursing care, ensuring the competency of clinical staff and effective resource management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an active and valid registered nurse license in the state of practice.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Serve as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession.
Educational Requirements:

Must have graduated from a state-approved or accredited nursing program. A preferred qualification includes an academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's).

Certifications Required:

Must hold current licensure, certification, or registration as mandated by state law and regulations. CPR certification is also required.
