Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our team at Prisma Health. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of procedures applying ionizing radiation, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform CT scans as directed by the Manager, communicating with physicians and other work-related personnel as needed.
  • Identify patients and procedures, filling out CT questionnaires and female questionnaires as required.
  • Position patients accurately for all CT procedures, ensuring anatomy is demonstrated for best visibility.
  • Know scanning protocols in depth, performing procedures correctly using the protocol book for reference.
  • Write time procedure is finished and filmed on patient board, archiving films and taking them to the radiologist for reading.
  • Obtain appropriate supplies and prepare room for patient, keeping the room cleaned and stocked at all times.
Requirements
  • ARRT Registered and registered in CT
  • SCRQSA License
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Data entry
