Surgical Technologist Role Overview

At Della Infotech, we are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our operating room team. As a key member of our team, you will provide surgical care to patients under the supervision of the Surgeon or the Circulating RN. Your responsibilities will include preparing the operating room by setting up surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies for invasive surgical procedures. You will also facilitate the safe and effective conduct of invasive surgical procedures, ensuring that the operating room environment is safe, that equipment functions properly, and appropriate supplies are readily available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing the operating room for surgical procedures
  • Pass sterile instruments and provide needed supplies during surgical procedures
  • Ensure the operating room environment is safe and equipment functions properly
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures

Requirements:
  • 2+ Years of Experience - Required
  • Scrubbing: Ortho, Urology, ENT, Gyn, General, Vascular - Required
  • Travel experience - Highly Preferred
  • ACLS & BLS (AHA) - Required
  • Comfortable with all patient populations - Required
  • Meditech Experience - Required
