Bridal Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bridal Consultant to join our team at Bridal Gallery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with brides-to-be, and ensuring that each bride looks her best on her big day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations to brides-to-be
• Build strong relationships with brides, their families, and wedding party members
• Ensure accurate order entry and attention to detail
• Celebrate and support every customer, providing exceptional service and support throughout the appointment and beyond
• Stay up-to-date on new styles and inventory
• Perform additional tasks as needed, including steaming garments, answering phone calls, and cleaning/straightening

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or service industry
• High School Diploma or GED
• Motivation to reach individual and team sales goals
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Flexibility to work until 6pm most days and Saturdays until 4pm
