We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Creator to join our team at PERFORMANCE REAL ESTATE. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to elevate our brand and engage our audience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating high-quality, visually compelling content that resonates with our target audience. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Creating and curating high-quality content for social media platforms
  • Monitoring and analyzing social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and YouTube Analytics
  • Actively engaging with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely and authentic manner
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing and management
  • Strong skills in photography and videography
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative applications
  • Knowledge of SEO practices and social media analytics
  • Ability to engage with people online and build strong social media communities
