ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and high-achieving Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of Warehouse Associates in our South Brunswick, NJ facility.

Compensation: $21.50 per hour

Employment Type: Full Time

Shift: 3rd Shift

Schedule: Our operations run seven days a week, and schedules may vary based on operational requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the inbound, outbound, and transfer operations within the warehouse.
  • Coordinate activities with teams of 2-3 associates.
  • Safely move, pack, scan, and palletize items, often exceeding 50 lbs.
  • Facilitate the loading and unloading of items onto transfer vehicles.
  • Conduct regular quality audits to ensure adherence to processes.
  • Manage the stocking of warehouse supplies in designated locations.
  • Utilize our proprietary mobile application to scan and organize customer items.
  • Promote and adhere to all safety standards and protocols.
  • Lead additional warehouse projects as required.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Availability on weekends is essential.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Must be able to remain on feet for the entire shift (up to 8 hours/day).
  • Experience in tracking and managing data using mobile software is expected.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work is necessary.
  • Preferred experience in moving, warehousing, manufacturing, inventory management, stocking, customer service, or general labor.
