We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our team on a full-time, days schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest quality patient care by supervising the facility and directing the nursing staff during their shift.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to direct, coordinate, and supervise the Nursing Services Department.
  • Supervise nursing services for the facility during shifts in accordance with the Nursing Practice Act, Facility policies and procedures, and local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Provide support and assistance to nurses during acute episodes.
  • Address employee concerns promptly and document actions taken.
  • Take on-call responsibilities as required.

Job Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Registered Nurse degree from an accredited School of Nursing. Current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing and proof of renewal every two years.
  • Prioritize providing high-quality nursing care to patients, adhering to doctor orders, and demonstrating genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
  • CPR certification is required annually.
  • Attend mandatory in-service training and staff meetings as scheduled.
  • Demonstrate ability to supervise nursing staff, ensuring timely completion of work assignments.
  • Familiarity with and adherence to personnel, departmental, and facility policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal requirements.
  • Long-term care experience is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
