About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our team at Froedtert Health. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing security services in and around our hospital facilities, ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing security services in and around hospital facilities, including responding to dispatch calls and investigating unusual circumstances.
  • Assisting with de-escalation and security enforcement, as needed.
  • Performing other duties as assigned, including training and certification requirements.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of security experience or equivalent.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proof of training in Froedtert-approved DAAT (Defense and Arrest Techniques) course within previous three years or the ability to obtain certification within 120 days of hire.
  • Familiarity with CCTV systems and operation is preferred.
